This restaurant was started with the adaptation of a unique building of the Holy Sepulchre Street in the historic Huercal Overa for the creation of an eating house (restaurant) and pastries whose primary offering is based on the traditional local cuisine, cooking proximity (local and regional products) and the preparation of recipes from famous bakery in the town and belonging to the family saga, all with a touch of modernity through the use of techniques and procedures based cuisine in the development and preparation dishes and pastry "on the fly", without using additives or preservatives.
Leading this initiative is Jose Miguel Garcia Martinez, a graduate of the Hotel School in Seville, with a long career with experience in several restoration centers and prestige highest, accompanied by an excellent team of professional and human.
